Professional experience

My journey in real estate management began in 2004, when I started my career as a real estate consultant at the age of 20.

Since then, I have gained a wealth of experience in the real estate sector. For about a decade, I worked as a real estate manager, and eventually became a specialized expert in the field.

In 2019, I expanded my horizons by entering the real estate development field at a leading discount company in the food sector.

In 2021, I took on the prestigious role of real estate expansion manager for a multinational leader in furniture and home accessories retail, overseeing Central and Southern Italy.

This amazing opportunity allowed me to collaborate with colleagues from different European countries, enriching my knowledge and expanding my professional experience.

Since 2023, I have proudly held the position of real estate expansion and sales network manager for a prominent supermarket chain in Southern Italy.

In 2022, I achieved the prestigious distinction of becoming an Associate Member of RICS. This internationally recognized certification underscores my unparalleled expertise and unwavering commitment to ethical standards in the real estate sector.

Furthermore, in January 2023, I was appointed as a member of the Ethics Committee for Italy’s pioneering sustainable investment and savings platform, Ener2Crowd.

In addition, in November 2023, I obtained the ISIPM Base certification in project management.

Educational activities

Continuous training is a cornerstone of any real estate manager’s career. The dynamic nature of the real estate market demands that skills be constantly enhanced and kept up-to-date.

To this end, I have dedicated time and resources to participating in a variety of valuable training courses. These initiatives have not only augmented my knowledge but also sharpened my skills in the real estate field.

My educational journey includes specialized coursework in real estate management at SDA Bocconi School of Management, an executive program in real estate finance, and rigorous training in private equity and venture capital at Bocconi University.

In addition, my linguistic skills are a notable asset. I am fluent in English and have a good proficiency in French, both of which are essential languages in the global real estate industry.

As a real estate specialist at Gabetti Franchising Agency, I sharpened my expertise in the commercial real estate market and expanded my network of relationships with a diverse organizations and investors


My profound passion for the commercial real estate market has led me to a career in real estate development. I have taken on the role of real estate development manager for the Campania region at MD SpA, a major player in Italy’s discount supermarket sector. In this role, I have overseen the development of numerous new stores, making substantial contributions to the company’s growth.


I held the position of real estate expansion manager at JYSK, a leading Danish multinational retailer of Scandinavian-style furniture. In this role, I oversaw real estate development in the central and southern regions of Italy, identifying optimal market opportunities and negotiating lease contracts and rental terms for new branches


To help drive the growth of the Multicedi Group, a leading player in the Italian food supermarket sector, I was appointed real estate and sales expansion manager for the Decò, Dodecà, and SeBòn brands in the Campania region. In this role, I am responsible for identifying and acquiring new locations to expand the existing sales network.
